Laura Carson is a multi-cultural entrepreneur, on-camera confidence coach, real estate professional, and international performer with more than 25 years of experience in dance and teaching.
She's performed on television in the Philippines and Japan, trained in Los Angeles and New York, and operated her own dance studio where she taught thousands of students her signature "Hollywood" style. Her energetic, stylish approach has made her a beloved teacher for both adults and children.
After building a successful real estate career as "The Dancing Real Estate Agent," Laura noticed a pattern: many business owners knew they should be creating video content, but fear and perfectionism kept them stuck. Drawing from her decades of performing on camera, Laura developed a framework to help women in business build on-camera confidence—without chasing trends or becoming "influencers."
Today, Laura is the author of the book "Press Record" and runs a coaching program that combines performance warm-ups, improv techniques, and practical video strategies. Her mission: help women stop overthinking and start showing up confidently on camera so they can grow their businesses.
Whether she's teaching dance, selling real estate, or coaching entrepreneurs on video confidence, Laura brings the same energy, creativity, and commitment to helping people reach their goals.
