This is what I wear when I go running. Full protection and it's important that I stay fabulous. (sunscreen or sunblock, hat, sunglasses and white long sleeve shirt) Don't forget your music!

Eat more often

Eating more isn’t usually synonymous with weight loss, but I’m not suggesting you increase your caloric intake. Instead, divide it more evenly throughout the day. Simply eat a balanced measure of protein, carbs and fat every three hours. This will fire up your metabolism and tell your body to burn calories instead of saving them for a rainy day.
